Need your kettle bell fix?

This is a continual kettlebell workout to build and tone lean muscles whilst keeping the heart rate high and burning fat.  This is a full body workout that suits experience kettlers as much as beginners and you’ll see visible results in a matter of a few weeks.

When: Friday 6.30-7.15pm

Where: Porthleven Village Hall

Price: £5 per class / PAYG

Wear/bring: fitness clothes/bring a towel and a drink.

All equipment provided.
