What is Metafit?
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
It’s only thirty minutes long, but you will train hard the entire time. It’s suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.
How many calories do you burn in a Metafit class?
Based on a 30 minute session: HIIT = The body burns an average of 300 calories, then after the session, you continue to burn a massive 500 calories!! It’s an absolute metabolic winner!
Can everyone do it?
Absolutely! You work at your own pace and level and the coach will support you every step of the way.
