In addition to classes, we have a fully-equipped gym available to drop in pay as you go or for a monthly membership of £35. We offer programming in house at either 2 or 3 sessions per week.
Bronze membership includes an induction. Absolute beginners are taken through slowly so they can learn how to use the gym safely and what to do on their own sessions.
Open gym spans a range of opening hours early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and weekends. If there is a time you’d like to train that is currently not on the timetable – do get in touch.

Mon, Weds, Fri 6.30pm-8.30pm
Tues, Thurs 7.30pm-8.30pm
